Advertising Disclosure
Last updated: 13 August 2026
We are compensated for the products advertised on this site. Some pages contain advertising, sponsored content, or affiliate links. If you click one of those links and buy something, the seller pays us a commission. You pay the same price either way — the commission comes out of the seller's margin, not out of your pocket.
What that means for what you read
- Pages that promote a product are advertising, whether or not they are written in an article format.
- A product appearing here is not an endorsement, a review, or a clinical recommendation. It means someone paid to reach this audience.
- We do not sell the products, hold the inventory, ship the orders, or take the payment. The seller does all of that on its own site, under its own terms.
- Testimonials and results described in advertising are the advertiser's material and represent individual experience. They are not typical results and they are not a promise.
Health claims
Dietary supplements are not medicines. Statements about them on this site or in advertising carried by it have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and no product mentioned is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to a qualified clinician before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition.
